We will be storing and processing our customer/user/vendor’s personal data to ensure accurate product and services offer by our platform. Our platform needs personal data to serve them with high standard and quality services. As our platform is digital and incase, we need to communicate them we need real and accurate personal information such as full name, mobile number, Email id, Date of Birth. Our platform offers various online/digital ticketing services to the public. While in some unexpected events happen that leads to cancellation of events or planned activities, we must contact them through their personal contacts, and we also need to verify incase user/customer contact us. Sometimes to validate digital tickets. User can delete their accounts at their end and after 14 days all his/her personal data will be permanently deleted from our server.
If they want to restore, they have to contact our customer services.
