Sometimes to validate digital tickets. User can delete their accounts at their end and after 14 days all his/her personal data will be permanently deleted from our server.

If they want to restore, they have to contact our customer services.

In short, we handle customer/user/vendor data to verify, validate tickets, incase we have to refund, communication with them and update them if needed.
